1. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. We accept M‑Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and cash on delivery (select areas).

2. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We deliver within Nairobi and major towns as specified on our Delivery Guide page. Delivery fee changes will be comminucated.

3. Returns & Refunds

If you receive spoiled or incorrect products, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

4. Privacy

Your personal data is used only to process orders and improve our service. We never share your information with third parties without consent.
